OMG!!! I wanted to share this bit of chisme (gossip) with everyone. I'm super proud, my beloved sister V finally created her 1st LO!!!! I told her I was going to take pictures of her so that I can prove she did scrapbook at least once in her life! I know I'm being a dork, but she said she would NEVER do something like this. It's not that she doesn't love the art of Scrapbooking, she love's my work but she herself is not interested in doing something like this. After finishing her LO she kept say: I'm a pro - I'm a pro. I just smiled and told her: Yes darling your a pro. As I rolled my eyes behind her back....LOL!!!  No worries she's not one to lack any confidence in herself ladies, she also saw me do this. She just laughed at me. I love her to pieces...  |

Thanks Ladies - V is working on a LO for her Boyfriend's B-Day present. Get this, she's even baking him red velvet cupcakes w/ cream cheese frosting this Friday. Of course I'm providing the recipes and will be there to "supervise." She's a super sweet young woman, she's not my sister-sister she's my sister-in-law. My Husband and I have been together since she was 16 she's now 32yrs old so I've known half of her life now. It's only natural to call her my Sister. I'll keep you all posted on how the cupcakes go.  I'm just so proud of her doing things outside of her comfort. It just makes my heart smile. ;D |

That's so cool! Making stuff IS addicting, so I doubt this will be her last LO or cupcake bake, too, lol! It's so exciting when people discover that they can do this sort of thing and really enjoy it. I think the world would be a happier place with more creating going on! :-) The best part is how y'all can now get together and work on things--it's always more fun that way! :-)  |
