for the upcoming long weekend? I am lucky in that I work a 9/80 work week so I get every other Friday off, this Friday is an off day so I actually get 4 days off..woo hoo!.. I hope to get some pages done for my dgs auto album and schedule a gma fun date for me with the littlest dgs on Friday.

That's awesome! Enjoy your 4 day weekend crafting. That's how I plan on enjoying my 3 day weekend unless the Hubby decides to take me out. ;D

Sawyer starts preschool on Thursday so that's our big event of the week! Saturday there is a graduation party for my sister in law who finished up a graphic design degree this year. And because we have had a lot to do this past weekend, I'll be catching up on tons of laundry! Probably no mini cards in my future for this week! Although, I did break down and order a couple stamps from SL so if Dani gets them to me before I get to the clothes, well, that's not really my fault!  |

Good luck, Pat!  I have no idea what we are doing this weekend. Unpacking, probably! I'm thinking about doing a neighborhood ice cream "Meet the Neighbors/Back to School" thing, but am not sure how many people are around this weekend. I'm sure it will all fall into place. |

I actually forgot about it being a 3 day weekend coming up. I do not have any plans as of right now.  Husband will work, so if we do anything it will be BBQ on Monday. We used to go camping on Labor day weekend, but have not gone in about 7 years!!! Sad. Cindy |

Very busy here. The Walworth County Fair is on . We leave Friday for Iowa for my son's Surprise 40th Birthday Party and Sunday baptism for Zachary. Home Sunday night and Monday planning a get-together with family. Just some fun in the yard like. Packing today. Deborah

In a half-hour I leave to take Sawyer to his very first first day of school! He is over the moon! I just had him outside taking gobs of pictures, one of which I will post while he's in class. I can't contain my excitement!!

Nikki, he's such a cutie, and looks SO excited! That backpack is as big as he is!!  My weekend will be full of craftiness since I have certain "assignments" to complete from my Fearless Leader!  Besides that, lunch and presents with my Mom on Sat for her birthday! Maybe some laundry, but that depends on whether the scrapping gets done - I have my priorities!!  Gail |

Movies tomorrow night with a long time friend. Saturday morning I have to run errands and shop, that afternoon we have a cookout with DH's family (he has surprise family in from CA too!) and Saturday night is CLEANING! Sunday is more cleaning before we hit the pool for the last day of the season. Then Sunday evening we are having a couple of friends over for a cookout. WHEW! Monday I'm hoping to read and work some more on the craft room. I've been purging the closet (non craft stuff) and rearranging and organizing (yet again) the craft stuff. I want to work but everything is all over the place!!!

I am going to baked peach & raspberry pies. I ordered a bushel of #2 peaches and we have tons of raspberries that I have gathered from our Yard. This week I baked and froze 10 Blueberry pies. After these pies i will be getting a bushel of Tomatoes to make Salsa and Spaghetti Sauce. So this weekend just call me Betty Crocker!
BTW Anyone who loves to roll out dough is welcome to come over this weekend! Take home a couple of pies! YUM!!!

Awe he is so cute. Don't you just love a nice clean kid, dressed up in new school clothes on their first day of school. They always look so darling!
You know I would if I could. My dh loves pie. My gosh sounds like you are one busy suzy homemaker..I am impressed.

I have 2 grandsons starting next week next week...one will be a first-grader, and his brother will start kindergarten with the same teacher that his brother had last year...he is so deliriously happy! Their mom says that both of them are excited to begin...and I've given her orders to take many, many pictures! |

He had a great first two days at school and his teacher said he is super duper smart, so I'm glad!
