HI,
I was curious if anyone else has had this problem. I went to change the ejection foam on one of my 4x4's and it was really hard to peel off. Once i got it off there was some sticky residue underneath. is it suppose to do this? Do you think this causes the die to not cut properly? thanks

That's how mine always are when I replace the foam. I don't know if affects as far as cutting or not.

I've noticed this on a couple of dies, and I just used some Goo Gone to remove the sticky leftovers, wiped the die with plain water, made certain that the die was completely dry, and then put new foam on. (Maybe the plain water to clean the die would have been enough...)

I've noticed the foam on some dies is different than what is on most and IMPOSSIBLE to peel off! I peel the excess foam off ALL my dies so I HATE when I can't do it. The stuff that won't peel off has sort of a slight texture and dullness to it, where most are smoother and shinier. Had to explain, but I can definitely tell a difference.
