on the Scrapy Land blog right now! Karen used the brand new Dimensional Pumpkin for the cutest lit decor items...go check it out! And leave her some comment-love, because her polka-dotty leaves are just adorable! Then lets brainstorm ideas for other things we could cut into the pumpkin to be illuminated. I'm picturing "WWMD" {what would Martha do!!} little stars, big polka dots, baby polka dots, the cat or the with silhouettes, how about the 12" fence? Could that work - with the cat sitting on top of it? any CC letters obviously could work - but what other "themes" could go onto a pumpkin...these are just too cute! I'm off to find battery operated flicker lights.... Here's the blog link... www.scrapylandblog.com/blog-home/2011/9/9/break-out-the-vellum.html

Ooohhh! The pumpkin is so cute! One of my SL packages should arrive today (the Fedex guy is on notice, so he'd better show up! ;D), but I think it's the SB's. ***ETA: Yep...it's the SB's, so I'll have something to play with this weekend! I'll wait not-so-patiently for the LC dies, which should show up next week...sigh!
Other ideas for the pumpkin...I could see it on a Thanksgiving table...using a leaf die, or the 2/2 turkey profile, a small acorn, any of the after-Halloween fall dies for the cut-outs.
I can't wait to play with this one, now!
Thanks, Karen!

Those are so cute Karen. How about using the small one, adorn it with a handle and they could be party favors for guests filled with some little treats.

Leslie, I was thinking the same thing - it is a great size to do that. Like Susan mentions, you would need to create a bottom. Maybe a green Scallop oval or circle would be cute - like grass Karen

What if you laid it on a circle for the bottom and then put green excelsior or shredded tissue paper (like you use for Easter baskets) around the base for the grass? Wouldn't that be cute?
