I have a question and figured I would come to the experts.....
I'm looking for either a brick stamp or embossing folder to create the look of bricks.
I don't want the Tim Holtz one because it fades in spots. I'm doing something with a fireplace card and really wanted the look of bricks.
Any and all help is appreciated!!!!!
Thanks! Cindy

this is the Magnolia stamp. It doesn't fade, and appears to be relatively uniform. It just disappears at the edges...but my guess is you could turn it into a fireplace!! www.scrapyland.com/Magnolia_Stamps_Shabby_Chic_Brickwall_p/magsc-br.htmI assume you already saw the Impression Obsession stamp, but it's a bit more distressed in spaces... www.scrapyland.com/Cover_a_Card_Distressed_Brick_p/io-cc083.htmbut would definitely make a cool looking fireplace chimney or hearth! As far as embossing textures go - sorry - the TH one is the only one I know of! Of course, I've pieced together several fireplaces in my days - little snips of papers, and lining them up to resemble bricks!

I know there are brick stamps out there. ScrapyLand and StampyLand both have a Magnolia stamp that looks promising and there is an Impression Obsession stamp, but it looks like it fades in spots.
Maybe there are some stampers out there with some more ideas?

I have seen the bricks made by using the scor-pal. I don't know the measurements but I would just play around with it until I found some lines that would work. Deborah
