yep - it's me - the loud one, screaming at the top of my lungs! FRIDAY - which means a weekend begins tonight, which means sleeping in tomorrow morning {quite possibly with the windows open tonight!}, and scrapping pages all weekend long! I've warned my boys - this weekend is "momma time". Well, after this evening's big huge grocery shopping trip, meal planning/perfecting, and house once-over! I have to bribe them both to help - but that's okay! It's going to be a good one - and I'm one weekend closer to seeing my girlie' mid-November! WOOT WOOT! Any plans for your weekend???  |

Busy getting the laundry done, lunch over, going out for dinner-yeah!tomorrow will finish sorting through my photo's and clear off my work space. Have coffee hour at church on Sunday so alittle fall baking on Sat. afternoon is in store. Pumpkin spice bars sound good. Clearing the calendar for next week fun. I am looking forward to mid November to as we will get to see all my 7 grandchildren who live in Iowa. Then a month will go by and I will get to see them again for Christmas.  See you bright and early on Monday for a fun day of scrapping. Hope we don't get to many calls for me to have to stop an answer. Have a fun weekend Susan. Some of things on our to do list include:
-Pat has work to get done
-Lunch or dinner out Saturday
-Clean off my scrap space
-Change the light bulb in my scrap storage area. Sounds easy, but have to clear out the space below the light so we can access it.
-great package ready to mail
-groceries
-laundry
-get a couple of cards made
-make cookies
-watch college football (maybe I can color cards or make cookies then)
-go to my LSS to pick up packages
-pick up stuff for our little Missy at the pet store and vet
I think that is it - now lets see what gets done!

Wow Karen, You go a full weekend ahead of you. Well Ladies, like Karen laundry is definitely on my list and then trying to figure out what to make for dinner on Sunday. Sunday's is my turn to cook so I'm unsure, meat empanada's, beef stew, or sopes.....I'm leaning towards sopes.... Oh, scrappit. I forgot to get some tic tacs at the grocery store today, lol. I went TWICE in one hour, too! Oh well, this mommie usually has to go to the store every other day minimum so I'll remember now! I guess that's something else I get to do this weekend!  |

Yes please, Deborah! I would love your recipe.
Cleaning, cleaning, cleaning! And finish moving back into the basement. Well, everything is back down there, but there are still boxes to unpack and things to organize.
My parents are coming in one week--next Friday. And DH is getting promoted next Friday. Weather permitting, we will have the ceremony at the Jefferson Memorial. I need to get the details for the reception finalized and the basement ready for company.
But first, I'm sleeping in tomorrow. With the windows closed, the heat on and the heated mattress pad on a low simmer. Ummmm....

Getting ready for a yard sale. I really hate yard sales but I need to get rid of some crap!! All the sell stuff is in the craft room. I forgot all about the Fall Frenzy next week so I will need to clear a space today but other than that not much planned  Cindy |

Cindy, once again we are living in a parallel universe! I have boxes of DD's outgrown clothing and kids toys along one wall in the basement studio. We have a huge kids' consignment sale here three times a year. I make a killing at the sale, but it's so much work. But it's worth it in the end.
