I noticed that along with his regular Distress Pad colors he has one marked clear emboss. How is that used? Deborah K. Deborah the clear emboss is for use with embossing powders. To heat emboss. Dani carries the powders from Tim Holtz/Ranger as well as th American Crafts Zing! powders... www.scrapyland.com/SearchResults.aspwww.scrapyland.com/Zing_Embossing_Powder_s/393.htmyou can stamp your image with a pigment ink that stays wet for a bit longer, and then sprinkle with powders OR you can just use clear embossing ink. Sometimes you see Versamark used - same concept. A clear ink that stays wet...so you sprinkle on the powder then use your heat gun to melt the powders... hope that helps!!!

Thanks that helps. I thought maybe it was like Versamark but wasn't sure. Versamark is real sticky. Just wondered if it was different or not. Deborah
