And you have to go to either the dentist for fillings or to work..which would you choose..and if you have to do both, does that make your take doubly painful?

I think of the two, I'd rather go to work. I HATE going to the dentist.

You Divas need to meet our dentist! He's taken me from the white-knuckled, leave-with-the-chair-arms-in-my-hands patient to a calm, relaxed person!

The first visit that my developmentally delayed daughter, who was extremely fearful of dentists, was for a root canal, and she made it through without a tear! (Of course, his assistant probably couldn't pry her fingers apart, since she'd let DD hold/grip her hand through most of the experience! ;D)

I hope the day has gone well for all of you...working/visiting the dentist/scrapping/playing, etc.!

Yep, time for a new dentist.

DD had a dental appt today. She still wanted me to sit with her and I watched her hands while the tech was working on her. Calm and relaxed. Exactly the kind of experience you want. (Along with no cavities and no braces as of yet!)

But the last time I was at the dentist up in Boston? OMG. That was a white knuckle experience from beginning to end. I refused to take the kids to that dentist and waited until we moved back down here.

Hopefully your visit wasn't too bad and the day was a good one!

Thanks ladies. Have to say I think its just knowing you have to go that is so stressful. I have a good dentist and felt no pain. She is just filling all these surface cavities that don't really have to be done until they get worse but hey I would rather do them know rather than later when I really need it.

Personally I just want a whole day to myself for some scrapping and today should have been that day...oh well sometimes we just gotta do what we gotta do.

Tomorrow my college boy has me hosting a dinner party for him and a few friends..says he wants to show case my cooking skills..LOL um yeah whatever works to get mom to cook you and your buddies a home cooked meal.

Then there is always the fun chore to do list and hoping I just might get some time in to work on some Christmas cards on Sunday.

I myself had to go to work, the only thing that was wonderful about today was the freeways! Oh yeah!

Hope you get the chance to work on Christmas cards this Sunday, I'm hoping for the same thing. Especially if it rains! Hot cocoa w/ whip cream and some copic coloring. Oh yeah! ;D
