Recently a women went to the doctor for her annual physical. The nurse asked her how much she weighed. The women told her 135 pounds. Then the nurse weighed her and told her the scale said 160.
Then the nurse asked her how tall she was. The women stated, "5 feet, 5 inches." The nurse measured her and told her she was only 5 feet, 3 inches.
Next the nurse took her blood pressure and told her it was high. To which the women replied "Of course it's high, when I came in here I was tall and slender. Now I'm short and fat!"

Well, I for one did shrink at my last visit. I've always claimed 5', 2 3/4" inches. But the nurse told me I was only 5' 2". I told her that couldn't be right!

good one. I hate it that they weigh you every time you walk in to the doctor. they say it is for insurance purposes. I am holding my own on height but not weight. Too many goodies this time of year. I started writing down my height and weight in a book so I can compare when I go in. Don't want to shrink in height but sure wish I could shrink in other areas. Deborah
