PLEASE HELP ME. Scrappy land Coupons???

in my last order in the message field i explained my problem but received no answer. forcing me to try to cope with text that there is no chance i barely can understand little of isn't part of a pleasant shopping experience, and i am really trying buy striking out how hard or long i even seams to try. i want to make a new order now but end up crying out of frustration when trying to understand this.

Help me because

• i have really tried my best (spended long time trying ofc).
  
• i have diagnosed dysfunctions that unable me to understand this complicated instructions.
  
• i don't ask becuse i'm lazy or because i haven't tried enough.

i have problem with reading and understanding, short term memory etc.
i can get my husband to help be calculate the 40% think as i'm unable to myself (i have difficulties even with calculators).
i really don't understand the exultations list. what is included? can i get help to get discount on one item if i order and any qualifies?

can someone tell me not that i have signed up for email coupons if there is anything else i'v missed? are there any more email etc i need to be registered on? i really don't understand text well and won't find the information myself but don't wanna miss out.

How To Take Advantage Of The Coupon

Paypal CANNOT be used to pay for your order. If you use Paypal the coupon will NOT be applied.

� Discount code must be entered in to the Order Notes section of the order, this is located on the payment section of checkout right below the credit card information area. Due to limits in our system, please tell us which item you would like to apply the discount to. If you do not tell us which item to discount, we will use the first item on the order. If you choose an item that does not qualify we will apply the discount to the next applicable item. We will not be able to contact you individually about this. This will be performed manually by our customer service representatives when the order ships. You will be charged the full amount, then a refund for the 40% off will be refunded back to your payment method.
Discount code must be entered into the comment field or discount will not be applied. Codes expire at midnight EST on the last day of the month. A new code is sent out on the 1st of each month if you sign up for our email this will be sent to automatically.

Emelie what is it you're trying to order, using a 40% off coupon???

If you tell me what you're trying to order, I can look at the list and let you know if it's allowed. Only some items in the store are sellable at 40% off, because so many of the prices are already below MSRP {manufacturer's suggested retail price}.

And when the message was added "YOU MUST READ AND UNDERSTAND...", it's not to appear insensitive, it's to draw attention to the rules. There are rules, and they have to be followed in order for the discount to be applied.

Dani is just trying to make everyone aware so there are not a lot of questions. The number of orders that are received at Scrapy Land every day, plus the number of them going overseas, plus the number of special orders or special requests - it gets confusing at times. So he's simply trying to spell everything out ahead of time - to limit the number of questions when possible.
