Ladies, I admit I'm addicted to Washi Tape. I can't seem to get enough of the stuff; red, orange, blue, yellow and green....stars, hearts flowers, words and tire tracks.....and everything in between. Love it!!! Stuff I wasn't sure I was going to like it after it got here......Love it!; when its put it together with cardstock and a Copic or two. Oh My Gosh...... Amazing stuff. Cute! Cute! Cute! Cards seem to almost make themselves!!! (I even caught DS eye-balling my WT stash...... ladies the wheels were a turning. Next thing I'll know he will be color coding computer cables with it or covering a server with it ) If you haven't played with your Washi Tape yet.......GET IT OUT AND START PLAYING cause you don't know what you are missing. I am liking the washi tape, too, but haven't used it too much yet. The first rolls I used, I found to be very thin, and I could see the pattern of the paper beneath it. I am now looking for some washi tape that has more 'heft' to it! Don't want to have to stick it to CS first and cut it.....then might as well use ribbon!!! I think washi tape is especially great for cards, when you want to keep the weight down for mailing!

I think I'm also on board with that group....PWA. Along with my font addiction, who knows where that will leave me in a year! I currently have 2 tin buckets (small ones, mind you) full of Poshi Washi and was just filling my cart with more of it last night!! BUT, I'm not the only one using it in my house. My daughter likes it...she wrote her name on her favorite one and taped it to her new trumpet case so she knows which is hers! Brilliant! I see her using it more when school starts again too....so it's warranted, right??!! Pam

Absolutely, Pam!! Think of all the practical uses for this tape - color coding the tangle of wires to your home entertainment system or computer labeling spice jars sealing packages wrapping gifts I'm sure there are more!! Poshi Washi is an absolute necessity for an organized household! (At least that's what we'll tell ourselves!) ;D Gail

I think washi tape is especially great for cards, when you want to keep the weight down for mailing! by it's nature {rice paper} washi tape is going to be somewhat transparent. The only thing effecting that will be the colors. For instance black chevrons would be less transparent than white confetti. The tape that SMASH makes {black with white dots} is pretty opaque. But anything that has no colors or white, or lights is definitely going to be see-thru! Whenever we get new Poshi-Washi in, that's the main reason I take a picture of the tape on a trio of card stocks - white, kraft and black. I like to show everyone just how transparent it is, and how it often changes the looks based on what's underneath it! Because of this - I think I tend to grab washi tape and stick it on projects when I don't have any patterned paper in use. It just jazzes anything up!!

Oh, Cindy, this page is just perfect!! Love that you used the Washi tape, and your choice of colors and patterns - just right for the Disney theme. And the mouse ears on your letter is so sweet. A clean and cute page - and nice that you're able to get it finished ahead of time!

Cindy...your 'pre-made' page is AWESOME! Love it. I'm a Disney gal, so I know I am going to lift that idea for sure! You have made me look at my Washi tape differently...I just need to use it on cardstock rather than over pp!!!! Thanks for sharing this fab idea!
