Thanks, Diane! So far, so good here in Virginia Beach. Sandy looks to be going further North before she turns West, so less of a hit for us. Right now it's cloudy and breezy with occasional showers. for those of you further North, and anyone else in her path, stay safe and dry!! Gail |

Thanks, Friends!!! We seem to be one of the main targets here in the Philadelphia area...spent the day gassing up the cars, getting in water and putting all the garden and lawn goodies away. Now hopefully we don't lose power, cuz I don't want to think about it if the sump pump can't operate! Thanks for your good wishes.....hope this one will pass us by....now I know what those of you in Florida go through every year!

Prayers from me too. I just got off the cruise ship on Sunday and let me say, we were following that hurricane as we headed home and while we were over 200 miles from it, that ship was seriously rocking and rolling. I was never so glad to step foot on land. If it was that bad on the ocean, I can't imagine when it hits land, but I believe the winds usually slow when it hits land. Will be praying for everyone (we have family up in the PA area as well).
