"Wrap-Up and Resolutions" Starting Blox...HERE!!!

okay ladies - here is the Starting Blox for the last minute challenge. It's a fast and furious type of challenge, and it starts right now!

One Blox, two pages, Die-Versions dies, all with the possibility for fame and fortune! {well, not really fortune, and fame will only extend to the walls of CHA...but it'll be a bragging point and totally fun GUARANTEED!}



I've sketched out one of the two pages...the other page needs to use the same Blox but rotate it, flip it, flop it, turn it - whatever! Twist the Blox to have the pictures on the bottom for 2012 and then the top for 2013...make the pictures run on the left for 2012 and the right for 2013. Whatever suits your fancy!

And what kinds of pictures could you include for your 2013 resolution page? Pictures of family members you hope to see, picture of a map showing where you'd like to visit, picture of your car you're hoping to replace {ME ME ME!!}, picture of you're hubby who you hope will continue to put up with you {HAHA!}, picture of your kids who you will continue to love and cherish, picture of your house which will continue to shelter the people you love, the scale {YIKES!} which hopefully will show a smaller number in 12 months, etc.!

Have fun with it - be crazy, be daring, be silly!

Six pictures per page...last year and next year! Room for lots of journaling in your want it, and room for awesome Die-Versions dies!

Double up 6" borders to go across the page in two spots...cut apart a frame to create your own border-esque design, lie Sweet Petites next to each other and form a border line.

And three spots for any Whisper that could peek out from under the edges of the photos. Little snippets, tiny whisps, just for fun!

Pages need to be emailed to me by 9am EST {9am Florida, 8am Texas, 7am Colorado, 6am California}. Email to me at "[e-mail]" and I will do my best to get them all posted to the message boards by Saturday afternoon.

Gail and Dani and I will pick a winner {or maybe two??!?!?!?} And then if you're willing to stick your pages in a flat Priority Mail Box {keep the box unassembled and a 12" page will fit in it!!} we will display your winning Wrap-Up/Resolutions pages at CHA in our Die-Versions booth!!!!

So Die-Versions dies, especially fonts and Whispers and Sweet Petites. Other brands of dies are a no-no for this challenge. We want to see what you can do with the over 200 designs we have out there right now, and what your favorites are!!

Sorry Susan, I cannot make it this time, too little time. I already had thought about the pictures I should like to use, but some of them I still have to take. Now it's dark here, and tomorrow I have to work all day,.. so no.
Next time please some more days to make the blox.

Just call Penicillin and its derivatives miracle drugs!! It is amazing how much better I'm feeling after just three doses. And good thing, too, because now I think I feel like taking on this challenge!!!

I have picture options and some dies picked out. Now, the question is, how to make them all work together. Hopefully, I will come up with something before the deadline... ;D

Ditto! I'm already resigned to doing a one pager (I realize it's supposed to be two, but I'm running out of time). Need to run to get some pics printed tomorrow. I thought I already had them printed, but can't find them.

Now....onto picking some paper!! Hopefully I can pull it off!!

I tried to get something together but have now abandoned the idea. I have almost every Die-Version font but have only a few shape dies. I have some sweet spots coming to me as we speak but they will not be here in time, sorry. I have some Valentine and Easter whispers but they did not seem right for a Year in the life page

Hi ladies! I've received some great pages! I didn't get a bunch, but that could be because I only announced it this week and gave y'all a very short deadline! MY APOLOGIES...but like my husband always says "If you didn't do things last minute, nothing would get done!"

{he usually gets glared at when he says that, but it's true!!}

Anyway - Pam sent some pages and Christy sent in a great two page spread. As soon as I get some things squared away here, and get their pages edited to upload, I'll post them here! Some GREAT ideas these ladies had - "die-cut clusters" and "banner-made border"!

Can't wait to show you!!!!
