I have tried liking the new "platform" for Scrapyland's online store but I am discouraged every time I have to log in AGAIN. Most of the time I have to request a new password since I can't remember my original. The old system let me took me to the item on my order so I could remind myself what I was waiting for. The only plus that I have seen is being able to see what points I have accumulated. Less hassle, please, Dani!

I use firefox too and have never had a problem staying logged in. I too don't know enough about computers to help either. Vicki

I use Internet Explorer, and haven't had any problems. Since I am the "world's last computer illiterate" (a title that's mine, all mine...and probably always will be! , you would not want my help!

I also don't have any trouble. Did you tick the box "stay logged in"?

Leslie,
This definitely sounds like an issue with your browser. Our current system is 100% more powerful and user friendly than what we where using before.
You need to make sure your browser is accepting cookies. In Firefox you can find this setting by going to options and then clicking on the privacy tab. Once there you need to make sure you select "remember history" so the browser will keep the cookies.

Thanks, Dani. I'll try that. I have checked the "stay logged in" box, no problem with staying on the Member Board.
