I am going to the Expo after work but of course my cupboards are bare and it's in a semi isolated area..so need to bring my own dinner/drinks.
Alas that means I have to run to the store at lunchtime (in 3 hours)..I already know I will grab some sushi for my dinner but what do you all like to eat for snacks?
I will be there all day tomorrow as well. We plan to go out for a very late lunch/early dinner but the only thing I have to bring are some cutie tangerines.

I like strawberries, grapes, apple slices, cuties, cherry tomatoes. mini carrots, and cucumber slices. My girls like cheese & crackers to go with their fruit and vegetables. Have fun Leslie!

Well I am back..lots of fun. I ended up with a bag of Famous Amos Cookies, smore pudding cups, Pop Chips (healthier chip version), banana and I think that was it..it worked..although dummy me didn't bring enough water and I refuse to pay $3.50 for a bottle of water.
I did notice after a brisk 15 min walk..that the vending machines near another building (this was at the fair grounds) sold bottled water for $2..I will remember that next time, or better yet bring more water from home.
I should be posting to my blog this week with stuff I did. Will have to say the premade layout and card kits I was very organized about went together in a fly..although mental note to take pictures so I remember where some of my items went on a page. AND those stupid disney pages I had to throw in a hot mess into my bag sadly didn't get much done with them. So lesson learned (for at least me) taking the time to figure out your pages down to the embellies and titles makes a crop much more productive to be at. So next one is in August and I will attempt to be better than this last go around.

Sounds like you had some great snacks and got a lot done, Leslie! And I am with you......why do they have to charge so much for water? Four bottles at the stadium during the Globetrotters last weekend cost me $16!!!! And 3 water ices cost $16.50. Not fair, especially at places where they inspect your bags to ensure that you are not 'sneaking in' your own foods! Hope we get to see your creations! I am going to WDW next month and want to start a type of Project Life spread ahead of time, but am struggling with how to do it. Have to sit down this week and really give it a good 'think'!!! Glad you enjoyed your crop.

oh Leslie sounds like you were very prepared AND very productive this time! Good for you!!! I think it should be federally mandated by Congress that WATER, vital for life and sustainability, NOT be jacked up in price just because they have a captive audience. I understand snacks and pop and etc. {not really - but sort of} but WATER??? It's sick, and very irritating. Kathy for Disney have you thought about doing a SMASH type album for WDW? Either that or PL would be awesome...one page divided into little spaces for mementos, pictures, journaling, etc. HAVE FUN planning!

Oh Susan don't even get me started, when soda cost cheaper than water you know our social society is a hot mess.
And Kathy I am with Susan..I did a smash book for one of my trips..and it's nice to be able to carry it with you and write down your thoughts about what you are seeing why you are seeing them. I then go back and put in pictures and memrobilia afterwards. It was kind of cool to have that with me.
