BWSTG month continues on the Scrapy Land blog {box it, wrap it, seal it, tie it, give it!} cute stuff in store for this week... the Die-Versions blog is full of more "Country Life" projects, get your ducks and your geese and your silos in order... big plans for May, you asked for them and I"ve got them so spread the word! Starting Blox for May 2013 - woot woot... National Scrapbook Day 2013, mark your calendars now!! Friday May 3rd - Saturday May 4th... dies, dies and more dies...check out the picture or organization perfection on our Facebook page this morning! I sorted and labeled all evening and everything is tucked away and sorted beautifully. Now we'll see how long it lasts... designing goodies for die-production. Yep, teases and peeks coming soon, but how soon is the question... and pages, oh my, my daughter turns 20 this week and I so want to finish up a double-page spread that I"ve had in my head for a couple of weeks. Oh, Susan...your week sounds like a lot more fun! Today...laundry (oh, yippee!) and replacing batteries in the smoke detectors (yes, I've been putting that off since January, since a couple of them are on 12-foot ceilings, and the ladder is rickety!). I am making a BD card for a friend, once I can get past being "domestic goddess for the day"! BTW...is your school board possibly related to our crazy city council? Remember...we're the city that has officially banned a nuclear explosion within the city limits!

Susan your weeks sounds like a lot of work. Well besides my work life, this is pretty much my last weekend coming up to complete all my party goodies. I am almost at the tail in. And since my work life made me partake this past weekend, all my regular weekend chores are still waiting for me. No food in the cupboards and if it wasn't for dh I'd have a stack of laundry to boot. Poor plants are dying of thirst and thank goodness I have maids come in or I would be up to my elbows in dust bunnies. Blog has no updates and I still have a very very cluttered art room that is in desperate need of attention. I need time, I was actually fantasizing about being able to stop the clock so I could catch up with everything.

Are you kidding me..oh my oh my.. I am taking Friday off.
Worked overtime on Sunday and Monday night, Tuesday came down with a migraine that haunted me until today...I am looking forward tomorrow like kid in a candy store.
Finishing up my party stuff..and I want to make some oragami arrows and then wrap them with some wishy washy tape..then turn those into magnets..then my dd can use them on her white board...and she has a Disney themed kitchen, been dying to make these for about a month now. Just haven't had any time..so tomorrow it is all about play time.

origami arrows? wrapped in poshi-washi? and turned into magnets? oh Leslie DO share pictures when you're done, or better yet, when you're in the process. Sounds FUN! Glad the weekend is upon us - I survived my girlie turning 20 on Wednesday...it was rough...I admit it. I'm a sentimental basket case. But she made me feel better by proclaiming via Skype "I'll always need you momma, and I'll always be your girlie"...sniff! Happy weekend everyone!!!!

I actually put them on my blog today. I didn't come up with the idea of the magnet arrows so there is a link with step by step instructions, I just added the tape.
