In the Pike Street Fish Market and Space Needle area(s), you'll need to wear good walking shoes and have plenty of change for parking meters. It is consistently difficult to find nearby parking (unless you just happen to be quite lucky! ), so you'll probably find yourself walking for a few-to-several blocks. Some of the area, but not all, is a bit on the "hilly" side as well. There's also a very good aquarium that's in this area, although it might not be as interesting to teenage boys, unless they are interested in fish/waterfowl/oceanography. If you will be crossing the bridge from the east side of Lake Washington, going into Seattle on Hwy 520, be aware that it's a toll bridge, which is operated by camera and you'll get a bill at home, based on your license plate number. My daughter has heard that the fine is quite hefty if the bill isn't paid. If you have time, try to go north a bit from Seattle, and take a lunch to Carkeek Park. There's an environmental learning center, a wonderful view of Puget Sound, access to a beach, trails, etc. If you've never been in this area before, you will fall in love with it!

Definitely Pike's Market Place and Spaceneedle! Are you coming to Portland? I suggest driving east to Multnomah Waterfalls and Crown point! Beautiful views

I am driving to Portland and then to Seattle. We are going to Great Wolf Lodge for a couple days, visiting friends in Portland and visiting Seattle
We are doing the aquarium also. forgot that one.
Awesome I love walking even the hills, and need to keep my walking up so that works for me.
