Hi, Cindy! I just got back from a 10-day vacation...to find that our A/C started blowing warm air after we ran it for about an hour. (Fortunately, there's a repair guy on his way, since it's beastly hot today in No. California!) Maybe everyone else is out playing as well?  |

Hi, I'm checking every day, and almost never new posts. (But I myself don't post, so I cann't blame others) I liked to read about what everyone was doing or thinking. It is summer, perhaps vacation?
I also think the fact that Susan is posting less doesn't help. When Susan did a post, she told us here, but this summer, she is posting on her blog very very little, perhaps she is doing more on facebook? I don't have a facebook-account myself (and I don't want it). And she also has the die-versions-blog ánd she posted she was ill. I hope it will be better the coming weeks.

I'm glad I'm not the only one missing posts & new blogs. I know Susan has had plenty on her plate with all the different blogs & Facebook postings but I miss her blog postings & was there a new Design Team posting that I missed or was it all for the DieVersion/separate site?

No new design team for Scrapyland I also miss the blog and seeing what fun new projects are going around. Perhaps when the weather cools we will see more of everyone  |

Susan just posted on the DieVersion Face Book page that she is leaving BOTH Die Versions as well as Scrapyland. So very sad to get that news!!!!!

I think the Facebook pages are getting more attention from those on Facebook since the newsfeed pop up when a post is made. I didn't realize that dynamites have their own web page and Facebook page until last Saturday; lots to keep up with!

Well, I am hoping to change that. I think a message board like this is important as well. I am wanting to get the momentum up again here and inspire each of you some way some how; at least this this my goal. How I keep up is simply making a list of places I like to visit of adding them to my favorites then I just go down the list one by one.

I don't do Facebook so I never see what's going on. I haven't posted for awhile (guilty)..mostly because the new web design and my work don't place nice with each other and it's very ugly to look at and try to post new stuff. Also been busy with my blog and just work, and trying to stay healty so don't get too much free time between, swimming at the Y, treadmill, weights so that leaves minimal time on the weekends..but I will try to be better I promise.
So hopefully April can get this place swinging again! So sad about Susan..hope everything is alright.

I too wandered away.. I gave up scrapbooking after four years of half hearted attempts... Store here closed, no one to scrap with... And no real ambition. Off to stand in the corner now. Hope you are all well.

Hi Jenn, We are back here. The message board was basically non-existent for a while but we are here with challenges, a DT call, online crop, organizational tips. With a new design team coming on board, I am hoping to make this location a place that people feel connected, energized, challenged and get insight and ideas. |

Yeah I think a lot of people thought SL just faded away..I stopped coming because it didn't seem like anyone was around, but dropped in the other day to just see and lo and behold looks like SL has a new "creative coordinator" so hoping maybe it will finally turn around. I don't know if the usual people will come back or not. |

Last 3-4 weeks it is very quiet on the messageboard. May 28th last new creation from the designteam; no new challenges, - I can understand, because only 1 or 2 made something for the challenge. I like it when people tell their stories or post their creations. So sorry I don't see this now... See the May-crop: a lot of people posted their lo's and cards. That was great fun.
I've been told a new crop is coming, perhaps third week of July? (I hope it is one week later because I'm not at home July 19-20th)

I noticed that too. Except for your post there doesn't seem to be any posts in the last week and no design challenges since around the end of May. I guess the plan to re energize the message board has fizzled. Oh well the MB was nice while it lasted.

we are developing the challenges/examples for the July 17-20 th crop so we have been very busy. we have removed the weekly challenges for now. We are moving towards a blog that will include the challenges/crops, etc. Just doesn't seem people like message boards anymore? Maybe with 2peas closing, we can bring this to life but need people posting more often. Just haven't seen that in the past 2-3 months.

Too bad about Facebook.... It appears that is where everyone wandered off to following Susan's departure. I do not have a FB account and have non intention of getting one... It appears by the three emails I received over the weekend inviting me them.... That I accidently got left behind. Oh well.... Such is life.

Jenn don't feel too bad, I don't have a FB account either and not really wanting one either. You can also checkout SL's blog since much of that blog is repeated on FB..in fact I think the Blog gets more action than FB.

I am looking forward to the July crop. Can't wait to get back to it! I had a very busy June with travel, new job, and trying to get a yard going at my new house. It is too hot in Texas now to work outside much, so I am back to scrapping. I'd love to see more activity here, but it's tough to keep these MBs going during summers.
