Has anyone done one before? If you don't know what Daily December is (and I am a newbie) it's bacsically scrapping or capturing every day in December to showcase how you celebrate the holidays. I don't think you have to capture every day necessarily but it's nice to make a mini album that captures what you do..so for instance we drive and look at neighborhood lights so that would be one day..sometimes we do Christmas in the park where local schools and organizations decorate trees, we go to Oregon up to the snow so I guess it's just a bunch of layouts but instead of just here and there it is for all of December.
Any hoo I am rambling. But I am thinking of doing one of these for this year and just wondering if anyone else has done one or interested in doing one.

I have done Shimelle Laine's "Journal Your Christmas" for several years. Her "class" goes from Dec. 1 through January 6 (Epiphany/12 Days of Christmas), although she will start with prepping suggestions right after Thanksgiving. She gives lots of ideas and examples, but also leaves it free for the participants' own designs. For me, it's almost become a tradition, because it's a great record of the events from each year, and the prompts are easy, so it's possible to complete on a daily basis.

I have heard of her classes. I am happy to here you are enjoying them. Cindy I am so new I have no idea but I think it's whatever you want to do but I think the answer is yes to PL..so you don't have to do that card format but the idea is you do a page for everyday in December..although for me I work and don't think I would have something for everyday. If you guys are interested we could post a listing of stuff to help get ideas take those pictures. It would be nice if we could share our pages on here too so we can see what others are doing. So far this was my list. Decorating the tree Shopping for gifts or wrapping gifts Santa Christmas dinner Christmas Eve Christmas Day Going to see the lights Baking/decorating Christmas cookies Favorite Christmas movies Christmas PJ's Preparing your Christmas cards House lights/decorations Favorite Holiday recipes/books/songs etc. Outdoor snow activities (where applicable) Enjoying hot cocoa Salvation Army bell ringer Special ornaments or holiday decor Garden in the winter Gifts Wrapped Starbucks Drinks

Write the ideas down that you have that way when you have time to do a page or so you have something to work from...

I'd like to say, yes, I'd participate, but not sure on timing. I will give it a go and see how it works

The ideas are swirling around in my head!! Cindy I love the suggestion and I immediately thought of project life! This year will be "so crazy" trying to tie up the end of the year with getting ready to take the grands on Christmas vacation, I know I couldn't get a page a day done! I could fill in a few project life pages. I've done some things similar to project life. I did upgrade my mini photo printer and plan to take that with me on vacation to try and scrap while there. We'll see how that goes
