Looking for some help in finding instructions for making a paper bow/ornament from paper circles shaped into cones. First saw on Splitcoasters gallery Oct. 2007 on a photo explosion box. Does someone out there have directions on how to make this?

Hello and welcome to the MB. You might want to post your question in the general section of the board so the divas will have a better chance of seeing it.

I got a new password & signon and haven't posted in the past. I live in Temple, Texas and have been buying Quickutz for several years. In fact I helped Wenda (author of the new great book) get her first order in. I have bought from Scrapy Land for over a year also. I have two grown boys and am finally expecting a first grandchild in January and expecting another one sooner as my oldest son and wife are waiting to go to China very soon (we hope) for our first granddaughter! I stamp, make cards, scrapbook and want to get back to painting. Maybe I can retire soon and start using my Quickutz dies that are waiting to be used! Margaret

Thanks for the welcome, Phyllis! Sorry I got you into trouble with Susan! Sorry for the delay in my reply, but Noreaster Ida put the kibosh on my plans for the virtual crop (power outage ) I've enjoyed watching the recorded demos and viewing everyone's projects on the board... You guys are all awesome. I'm already gearing up for SLVC 3.0 (Susan, are you listening?) Gail

We had a blast; it's a shame the storm interfered with your plans. I don't think you were the only one. At least you can view the recordings and see everyones work. Hope Susan does another one soon.

Hi, My name is Marian, I came upon this wonderful site while I was trying to locate the cuddle bug Christmas tree embossing folder, which I purchased from Scrapyland and made wonderful Christmas cards from. I've been a paper crafter for a very long time, and I just love all the new things that keep coming. out,javascript:add('%20 %20')

Hi my name is Gina and I have been hooked on Quickutz for 4 years. My dh has bought me Quikutz ( gave him a list --- )from Scrapyland ( he could not believe the deals). I live in Ohio and have three kidos. I have been married to my dh for 11 years but together for almost 16( this coming November). I have been lurking on the message board and blog for a while now and though I would take the plunge. I can't wait to be part of the topics.

Hi my name is Cathy; I'm from Littlefield, Texas. I have 3 grown children and the most wonderful husband. We've been married 37 great years. Oldest child is a daughter who lives Katy Tx. Next is also a daughter who lives in Lubbock, Tx. Last is a son who lives in Littlefield. None are married and I have no grandchildren. We all love the outdoors and camping. I'm an addict (quickutz addict that is)Both my girls are addicted also. Both men support our habits. We all have been a customers of Dani's ScrapyLand for several years. We have always received more than wonderful customer service. My main interest is making cards; but love most everything made with paper. Tags, boxes, even scrap-booking on a small scale. I'm looking forward to visiting with everyone on the message board.

Hi ladies, My name is Christy and I've been lurking around the board for a few months now. I must say, you ladies are a hoot!! Cat is my mom--I'm the daughter that lives in Katy. She's right, I'm a qk addict as well and spend waaay too much money at SL. ;D Sadly, the Katy Archiver's is right on my way home, too. That's where I first learned about Copic markers and Zing embossing powder and a whole host of other must haves... I mostly make cards as well and have intentions of scrapbooking (you know what they say about intentions though ). I look forward to chatting with all of you... Christy

Yes I'll lay claim to Christy, but if my memory is right (sometimes it's in question) she started my quickutz addiction back when the squeeze and 2x2s were the only quickutz on the market. Granted I had a paper addiction and the quickutz only made it worse,no no wouldn't that be better Aren't addictions suppose to be worse not better Anyways were was I? Oh yes!!! You should see the pile of scraps after a weekend with Christy and daughter #2. (Scraps usually too small for anything except for confetti ) ( Anyone else keep confetti sized paper scraps?) (They work well with the balloons for a party card) Yes I know Christy; throw them out and cut some later if you need them. Welcome Christy and thanks again for my Mother's Day surprise. (Ladies she surprised me Saturday afternoon by being at home when I came in. What a great Mother's Day gift to have her come hundreds of miles to craft a few hours with me before having to head off to work Monday morning) Mommy Cat
