I'll be doing 2 pages. You ladies are way ahead of me! Since most of my meals have been out of the microwave lately, you'll be getting a recipe like this from me: 1. Go to wal-mart 2. Walk to frozen section 3. Choose favorite stouffers box 4. Go home 5. Follow directions on box 6. Enjoy!  Oh, I know exactly what you mean. LOL! |

It is so funny how I finished my first recipe card weeks ago and now the second one is still not done. It just needs one more detail and it will be but I cannot seem to get to it. I am a huge procrastinator!! I decided to paint Daughters room this week right in the middle of my project! Actually I was supposed to paint her room 2 months ago (theres that procastination again  ) School starts in a few weeks and the room had to be done before school. I will try to get it done today (or tomorrow  ). I am soo glad you all are flexible with the time. Cindy |

Sometimes it's good to walk away from a project and let it simmer a bit. So... it can be "strategic procrastination." That's how I choose to characterize mine anyway. :-)
I'd probably still be working on mine if my vacation wasn't coming up next week. And I've got other projects to tend to after that.

 Ooooh, "Strategic Procrastination" - what a great concept! I'm a huge procrastinator, too. I agree that sometimes it's because I'm not ready to decide and need more time to think about things. I do find if I start something early, my perfectionism kicks in, and I keep re-doing it until I'm down to the wire. Yikes!! I am one twisted little cruller! Cindy, don't stress the deadline!!  Gail

Cindy and Cat, take your time, dears! Motivation will appear at some point, Cindy! And Cat, I hear you about the inhaled meds. I don't have asthma, but did have some bronchospasm with a cold a few years ago. Took a couple of puffs from my inhaler before I put on eyeliner and almost poked my eye out! I certainly should have known better! Hmmm, Diane! I'm sure sleep is highly over-rated!! Gail |

Oh Gail I'm so jealous you get to see all of the pages first  .....even my girls.......we know which recipes each other are scrapping (so we didn't do the same ones ) but have to wait to see each others pages. I have really enjoyed figuring out what to do for this swap and making the pages. I can hardly wait to see everyone's pages made into a book.  Cat |

Gail Oh Gail, at least my eyes were safe.....I just couldn't get a drink from a bottle of water and ended up dropping it....I couldn't type on the computer either.....shakey hands.....a friend had to drive me 35 miles to the house....and DH and DS had to go get my car later that afternoon. Oh Gail, I'm so much better now. In fact this project is really good therapy. It's just I'm behind where I wanted to be and that bugs me. (a personal thing, the perfectest in me.) I don't have what they call asthma as such.......I have allergies to man-made artificial scents....perfumes, scented candles, sprays, and such things......most of the time as long as it used lightly or the space isn't really confining I do pretty good.....  I maybe a day are two late with my pages but I know you said the due date is not set in stone. I guess I let my frustrations make me whine at times. ( Instead of being thankful for my other wise good health I guess I have myself a pity party cause I hate having to avoid highly scented places) Things are good and my pages are turning out the way I want them to (well so far). Remember I'm "NOT" a real scrap booking person. This is my first real attempt at designing pages, so for me to be happy with them is a real plus at this point. Cat |

oh no - I promise you all that I will be the last one to get them done...and in the mail! LOL - I am waiting until I get to NE and going to have my mom help me - she loves working on assembly line productions like this. SO - what that means is - haven't started, haven't printed, haven't designed, etc. LOL - yep - I'm the best kind of person to have in a swap...the big late dork!! but I'm not late yet...LOL |

I am leaving for camping for a week so if you post about shipping I will be back on the 19th. It is alot of work to go camping LOL but cant wait to get there :-)
